Nvidia sees its business recovering this year, though the chip maker seems unwilling to bet on it. The company’s fiscal first-quarter results late Thursday were a mixed bag. Revenue slipped 31% year over year to $2.2 billion—in line with expectations. But the company’s important videogaming business that supplies graphics processors for high-end PCs came in about 13% above analysts targets. Its revenue projection for the second quarter was also slightly ahead of estimates.
