Feni Senior Judicial Magistrate Shafaruddin passed the order after police produced him before court seeking remand on Monday noon. Earlier on April 11, the Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) arrested Sonagazi Municipality councillor in connection with the murder of Nusrat Jahan Rafi. Nusrat Jahan lost her battle for life on April 10 at Dhaka Medical College Hospital five days after she was torched. Nur Uddin and Shamim are the second and fourth named suspects in Nusrat murder case.
