LETTERS:MOST of us have heard of Albert Einstein and his monumental Theory of Special Relativity and Theory of General Relativity, propounded in 1905 and 1916 respectively. Few of us know where Einstein spent the last two decades of his life pursuing his passion on the ‘Unified Field Theory’. His haven was at the Institute for Advanced Studies in the University of Princeton,in the United States. His experience of running the institute is well documented in the book titled Einstein’s Boss by Robert Hromas and Christopher Hromas. Managing and discovering genius requires special strategies and skills.
