As of mid-June, only 88 government inspections had been triggered by worker deaths or hospitalizations at nursing facilities. Yet OSHA data shows that inspections related to Covid-19 deaths or hospitalizations have only been opened at around 25 facilities in the state. He would not say whether Alaris had reported worker deaths to OSHA, saying only that the company "has and will continue to comply with all state and federal reporting guidelines."
