The Kenya National Union of Nurses will not bow to president Uhuru Kenyatta's directive, to call off the nurses strike by Friday. The union says its members will only deal with their appointing authority, which are the county public service boards. The president had earlier instructed the nurses to resume duty by Friday or face the sack.
