According to the statement, the youth and traditional authorities accuse the developers of defying legal processes by continuing construction and maintaining an armed presence on the land despite a pending court application. Nungua Paramount chief responds to claims of fueling chieftaincy disputesThey described the situation as provocative and an affront to the dignity of the people of Nungua. The court, they said, has cautioned all parties to refrain from any action that could undermine the judicial process. The group further called on the government, the Ghana Police Service and the general public to help maintain peace and prevent any escalation of tensions in the Nmai Djor area.
