MANILA, Philippines — The province of Bulacan has registered 12 more cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of infected locals to 58, the Provincial Health Office said in an update on Friday. According to the health office, this was after Bulacan recorded 46 cases on Wednesday. Bulacan and the rest of Luzon are still under the enhanced community quarantine due to the rising COVID-19 cases. As of now, Department of Health officials said that there are now 4,195 infected patients nationwide, 221 of which have already died while at least 140 have recovered. Worldwide, over 1.6 million individuals have been infected, while 95,357 have died from the disease and 353,480 have recovered from it.
