Gohil added, “While there is nothing against Ambedkar in the film, removing the word Patidar would mean canning the entire film. The body has also objected to a few dialogues in the film for allegedly being against Babasaheb Ambedkar. It has also asked the makers of the film to remove the word “Patidar”. The main protagonist in my film, Deepak Patel, is shown struggling for his studies and to get a job after his father’s death. The main character in the film is from Vadodara and his family and his situations are different from Hardik,” Gohil said.
