When internet company Naspers listed Prosus - which owns all its international internet assets – on the Amsterdam stock exchange, it did so to reduce its weighting on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) and to create more value for its shareholders by addressing the discount between its share price and the value of its assets.
