A special election will be held in Jones, Isabela on May 20 as a result of this. Arabe also said the commission was still waiting for four COCs from Japan, Washington D.C. in the United States, Saudi Arabia, and Nigeria. He also could not commit a definite answer on the possibility of a partial proclamation.
