CAIRO-28 November 2020: Al Ahly South African manager Pitso Mosimane guided Al Ahly to the 9th CAF Champions League title in the club's history. Not everyone can win the Champions League. Mosimane was appointed as Al Ahly manager in October while the team was preparing for the CAF Champions League semis. Mosimane's Al Ahly defeated Zamalek 2-1 on Friday night in the final to secure the title. Mohamed Magdy Afsha scored the winning goal for Al Ahly only five minutes before the final whistle to declare Al Ahly Champions of Africa.
