In its 24-hour weather forecast, Pagasa said the regions of Cordillera, Ilocos, and Cagayan Valley will have cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by the northeast monsoon. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. Due to the northeast monsoon, a gale warning is raised in northern Luzon.
