Original post:All lanes of northbound Interstate 270 are closed north of Exit 16, which is the Father Hurley Boulevard/Ridge Road interchange, authorities said. The Maryland Department of Transportation said the road was closed about 4:30 p.m. after a two-vehicle collision. At about 5 p.m., the right shoulder was getting by, according to authorities, but commuters should expect delays of more than six miles.
