New restrictions aimed at limiting the spread of coronavirus in parts of Northern Ireland come into effect on Monday. The restrictions will be in place for a minimum of two weeks. Over the weekend, 191 more people tested positive for coronavirus in Northern Ireland, according to the North’s Department of Health.
