North York pastor accused of sexually assaulting 11-year-old girl while working as private tutor
Police have arrested a North York pastor after he allegedly sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl while working as her private tutor. Between 2015 and 2017, a tutor sexually assaulted the girl on numerous occasions while she was taking lessons with him, police alleged in a press release Wednesday. Ki-Jin Kim, 61, of Toronto, was arrested Nov. 28 and charged with sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching. Police said that Kim is currently a pastor at the North York Sansung Church. He has also worked as a private tutor in Toronto, police said.
