North Vancouver neighbourhood flooded after pipes burst


A North Vancouver neighbourhood is without water this morning after a water main break sent water gushing down the street. Basements and backyards were damaged when an old pipe burst near Golf Drive and Fairway Drive, sending water down the hill. The water main break damaged 8 houses and left dozens more without running water, according to District of North Vancouver fire crews. Captain Kit Little and his firefighters were on scene working to stop the water from spreading into the neighbourhood.
