And also, North Korea has trouble tracking these things on the ground. South Korea actually fished out North Korea's first attempted spy satellite after it crashed into the ocean. So what do we expect next from North Korea? And for North Korea, they made it very clear what they're trying to do next is put more satellites into orbit. And there's just been very little the West has been able to do to rein in North Korea.
