North Dayi Police StationThe police in the North Dayi District of the Volta Region have benefitted from an ultra-modern police station to serve as the district police headquarters. The police station which was funded by the North Dayi District Assembly was handed over to the District Police Command at a brief ceremony at Anfoega recently. The project which forms part of government’s initiative to rebrand and make the Police Service a world-class one is estimated at about GH¢370,000.00. The facility which residents have described as timely houses the office of the commander, charge office, office of station master, crime office and administrative office. He pleaded with the police administration, the assembly and the government to assist with accommodation, vehicles and others logistics.
