When we’re all busy preparing for Passover, it takes chutzpah for me to focus on the day after Passover, right? But I recently learned of a joyous North African tradition that takes place the day after Passover. While it is meaningful to honor your family’s seder meal traditions, there is an important difference between tradition and Talmudic law. However, if you want to truly honor the gefilte fish tradition, you would need to honor it in the traditional way. There are plenty of wonderful Passover baking options that use neither flour nor matzah meal.
