The Public Health Agency has reported a spike in students suffering from vomiting, diarrhoea and flu-like symptoms at some schools, Belfast Live reports. Norovirus, which is often described as the "winter vomiting bug", has resulted in some children missing their exams - and one primary school has cancelled its Christmas panto. Killinchy Primary School headmaster Christopher Currie said their worst day followed a 'deep clean' while the school was closed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Killinchy Primary School was closed at the weekend for a deep clean and stayed closed on Monday.
