Hazel W. Forbes Norfolk – Hazel White Forbes, 95, passed away on June 14, 2017. She was the widow of William R. Forbes and a resident of Norfolk since 1943. A vibrant and engaged member of her community, Hazel served as a leader in many organizations throughout Norfolk. The memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. Saturday at Christ United Methodist Church with Rev. The family requests donations to the Memorial Fund of Christ United Methodist Church be made in lieu of flowers.
