Noisy campaigning will come to an end on Sunday evening , 48 hours before the closing of the polling day. In Palakkad constituencycomprising Assembly segments of Pattambi, Shoranur, Ottappalam, Kongad, Mannarkkad, Malampuzha and Palakkad, there are 13,20,680 voters. There are five transgender voters as well. In Alathur constituency comprising Tarur, Chittur, Nemmara, Alathur, Chelakkara, Kunnamkulam and Vadakkanchery Assembly segments, there are 12, 64,471 voters. There are three transgender voters and one voter in the other category.
