NOIDA: Over 500 homebuyers from various projects of Amrapali on Saturday staged a massive demonstration outside the builders' office at sector 62 . The buyers were led under the umbrella of Noida Extension Flat Owners Welfare Association (Nefowa).The buyers claimed they were distraught with the long period of wait and lack of any concrete result showing on ground on the builder's commitments. "It is a matter of time before the proposal for accepting co-developers is approved. We have even opened escrow accounts with buyers in two of our projects. Out of 40,000 buyers, just a few hundred protesting doesn't represent the grouse of all our customers," Shiv Priya added.The buyers screamed slogans and voiced their angst.
