SHAH ALAM: Red Shirts leader Datuk Seri Jamal Yunos’ arrest shows that rule of law exists in Malaysia, said Tan Sri Noh Omar (pic). Even if he has been arrested and remanded, it does not mean that he has done wrong. Meanwhile, Noh said the ministry is finalising the guidelines to implement "Pasar Sejahtera (prosperity market)" that local councils will adopt while upgrading existing wet markets or building new ones. “Under the Pasar Sejahtera concept, wet markets will not only sell fresh food and groceries but also have shops offering various goods as well as restaurants. Noh also announced a RM500,000 allocation for the Section 16 wet market to upgrade the premises, such as the roofing and parking area.
