No-one was seriously hurt in a crash between a car and a bus on the Te Anau-Milford Highway, near the northeast outskirts of Te Anau this morning. A police spokeswoman said everyone had been able to make their way out of the bus, and two patients had minor injuries. Police were alerted at 10.23am, were at the scene on State Highway 94, and were arranging for the bus to be towed away. Emergency authorities said the crash appeared to be minor. A Fire and Emergency New Zealand spokeswoman said two fire appliances from Te Anau attended, but little action, apart from traffic control, was required from firefighters.
