Police say there have been no reports of P houses being shut down in Ngaruawahia after the local gang gave dealers 24 hours to leave town. "There have been no reports of threats of violence, anyone being assaulted, reports of stand-overs or anything. Over the weekend police had responded to few jobs in the Ngaruawahia town - mainly traffic issues, thefts and bail checks. Ngaruawahia community board member James Whetu is not in favour of the gang's tactics, but is in favour of the outcome.
