Wind energy projects on Scotland’s islands and the country’s wave and tidal sectors have been left in the cold by the UK government, claims a trade organisation. Scottish Renewables said that onshore wind developers on remote Scottish islands would be “bitterly disappointed” that the government has put off a decision on funding.
