Says if there was any pressure, verdict on Hudaibiya Papers Mills case would not have been the sameChief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar said on Saturday that no one can pressure him from outside the judiciary to give desired verdict. “Those who can pressure us have not been born as yet. We have promised to deliver justice,” the CJP said while speaking at a ceremony in Islamabad. He said that had there been any pressure on judiciary, the verdict on Hudaibiya Papers Mills case would not have been the same. Although the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman survived the episode, his party’s general secretary lost the eligibility to hold a public office for life.
