"The trustees have reached the conclusion that the work of the Kevin Spacey Foundation UK is no longer viable and as such the Foundation will be closing," the statement said. The Kevin Spacey Foundation was launched in the UK in 2008; Spacey was based in London and working as artistic director of The Old Vic theatre at the time.
