According to data released by the health department on the day, 2,466 beds in isolation centres 1,472 high-dependency unit (HDU) beds and 580 intensive care unit (ICU) beds with ventilators have been reserved for Covid-19 patients across the province. As per the health department, 51 patients were on ventilators in ICU beds and 204 were without ventilators in ICU beds in Sindh as of November 26, leaving 325 beds vacant. As per the health department, 1,051 HDU beds, including 613 in Karachi, were unoccupied. JPMC, though, had no vacant ICU beds for Covid-19 patients. There were also no unoccupied beds for coronavirus patients at the HDUs of LNH and AKUH, according to the health department.
