LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) central leader and former Punjab governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar has said that the future of corrupt people, who save corruption in the guise of democracy, is obsolete. “PTI is standing by all the state institutions. In a democracy, institutions not only ensure the strength of democracy, but they also protect the public interest. Without strengthening the state institutions, Pakistan cannot move ahead,” he said adding that Pakistan is the democracy and not a monarchy. He added, “PTI is the spokesperson of the people’s wishes and manifests the national interest,” he added.
