MANILA, Philippines — Cebu Pacific Airways (CebuPac) and AirAsia Philippines have joined Philippine Airlines (PAL) in canceling flights for the rest of April following the extension of the Luzon-wide lockdown. ADVERTISEMENTCebu Pacific spokesperson Charo Logarta-Lagamon said all affected passengers may avail of free rebooking, the travel fund option, of full refund. The processing of refunds will start on May 4 after the enhance community quarantine is lifted and may take as long as three to four billing cycles. CebuPac is also giving passengers booked from May 1 to Sep. 30 the choice to rebook their flights within one year. PAL meanwhile continues its cargo flights and “ad hoc special flights” to retrieve stranded passengers.
