Photo: BSSRANGPUR, Feb 7, 2026 (BSS) - Election Commissioner (EC) Abdur Rahmanel Masudtoday said that there will be no election engineering this time and there isa sufficiently supportive environment for the upcoming national polls. The Election Commissioner said that there is no pressure on the ElectionCommission regarding the current situation in the country. EC Abdur Rahmanel said that there have been major changes in the country'spolitical environment and voting culture. Rangpur District Returning Officer and Deputy Commissioner Mohammad EnamulAhsan presided over the meeting.
