“For the avoidance of doubt, the OSP has not filed any criminal charges in court against Dr Sledge. “The investigation into the operations of Minerals Income Investment Fund (MIIF) between 2020-2024 which include the activities of Dr Sledge is ongoing,” the OSP clarified. According to the OSP, the portion of the probe relating to Dr Sledge involves transactions approximating US$94 million. “The aspects of the investigation involving Dr. Sledge approximates to USD 94 million. In 2025, the OSP froze assets in the form of vehicles belonging to Dr Sledge valued at GHC18 million.
