According to reports none of the most severely affected areas have walk-in, drive-through or home tests available for the general public. Also said to be out of tests are Salford, Pendle, Oldham or Tameside. The UK's coronavirus hospital death toll has climbed by three, after a patient died in an English hospital and two fatalities in Northern Ireland. England's top ten hotspotsThese local authorities have the highest rolling seven-day rate of new cases of coronavirus for the week up to September 10.
