Mwala MP Vincent Musyoka has laughed off some Ukambani leaders he claimed were hurling insults at him for his stand on the East African Portland Cement land evictions and demolitions. The MP said leaders must take responsibility and those involved in the land fraud should prepare to compensate the victims whose property was destroyed in the demolitions in Athi River, Machakos county. He said no amount of insults will stop the ongoing probe on the land fraud. The legislator, who is also UDA organising secretary, urged the DCI to continue with their investigations into the land fraud. “I’m surprised why some of the leaders are trying to be abusive when we ask the DCI to conduct investigations.
