At the end of November, Robi had 5.1 crore subscribers and Banglalink 3.5 crore users, according to data from the BTRC. As part of revenue-sharing, Robi transferred Tk1.45 crore in fiscal 2019-20 to several bank accounts to non-registered organisations instead of BNG Advancement Software Solutions account. Meanwhile, Banglalink and BNG Advancement Software Solutions signed the agreement on October 10 this year but it was already providing the service to its customers, the investigation found. Later, Black n Green formed a new company as BNG Advancement Software Solutions.
