I know I'm good at what I do because unlike some of my coworkers I get new tools when I need them and I'm invited to meetings with our VP. Since I've been in the job Randy has hired about six new people. Why would Randy want to train a new guy with very little experience on my accounts, as opposed to simpler accounts? I know I'm marketable. He wants me to train the new guy to replace me.
