Beyond poultry production, the government is also piloting agricultural projects at Darko Farms and Aglow Farm, which currently employ about 200 workers per production cycle. Meanwhile, under the 'Nkoko Nkitinkiti' project, the government is targeting the production of 18 million birds this year.
