Nitish, on his part, flashed two clear messages: one for new ally BJP and the other for dissident MP Sharad Yadav. The BJP leadership is now waiting for the expected merger of the two factions of Tamil Nadu's ruling AIADMK. "Minor irritants are being sorted out and soon the two factions would be one," a BJP leader who handles the party's Tamil Nadu affairs said. The AIADMK, sources said, could be rewarded with two cabinet berths and posts of two junior ministers once the party joins the NDA. The BJP has just one MP from Tamil Nadu now.
