President William Ruto has reiterated that he will not tolerate corrupt leaders in his government. As he urged citizens to pay taxes, Ruto also said, corrupt leaders who steal from Kenyans should also be reported. “Let everyone pay taxes, and if your taxes are stolen through corruption ask me. When I was sworn in at Kasarani, I was given a sword and that sword is for slaying corrupt individuals,” Ruto said. "I have a contract with Kenyans, they elected me to guard their funds and taxes, and we must be accountable.
