The Switch has been a breakout success, selling a colossal 15 million units, bringing its lifetime totals over 17 million units. And software is just as rosy: Super Mario Odyssey leads the pack with an impressive 58% attach rate and over 10 million units sold, and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is now the best selling game in franchise history with 8.4 million units. All in all, nine games crossed 1 million sales. It sold a respectable 6.4 million units last year, and three titles crossed 1 million sales. But according to guidance, the company is only expecting to sell 4 million next year -- a downward trend especially when compared to the projected 20 million Switch sales the company is aiming for.
