Nine people have been killed when a plane carrying parachutists to a jump site crashed into an island in Sweden. All nine people on board have been confirmed dead by local authorities. AdvertisementWitnesses speaking to local media said they could see parachutists attempting to jump from the plane as it went down. Footage of the crash captured by a local 16-year-old showed the plane spiralling as it nosedived. He told Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet that he went outside when he heard a high-pitched sound.
