More infoNils Koppen has been announced as Rangers' new technical director. The Belgian was appointed as director of football recruitment at the Light Blues a year ago. Koppen previously worked under Clement in the youth academy at Genk between 2016 and 2018. Koppen will continue to oversee the club’s transfer strategy while also taking on overall responsibility for the club’s men’s Academy, medical, football operations, performance and analysis departments. Koppen told the club website: "I am both honoured and delighted to take up the role of Technical Director here at Rangers.
