Spotify has announced that Egyptian radio network NogoumFM will now host its content on Megaphone, Spotify’s enterprise podcast platform. NogoumFM, part of Nile Radio Productions (NRP), has added more than 70 shows to Spotify in the form of podcasts. With the partnership, Spotify is bringing NogoumFM’s popular social chat shows to a global audience of over 615 million listeners. Spotify’s Megaphone is a ‘broadcast to podcast” tool, which seamlessly converts radio content into on-demand podcasts. “Through our partnership with Spotify, we are thrilled to enhance accessibility to our rich content, making it easier to access our show anytime and anywhere,” said Hala Hegazi, Managing Director and Group COO at Nile Radio Productions.
