Special Judge’s Court-9 Judge Sheikh Hafizur Rahman has ordered all the accused to be present in court on the day. In a hearing on Sunday, Anti-Corruption Commission lawyer Mosharaf Hosaain Kajol told the court that the case was tried at both home and foreign courts. They said that the case was important and the hearing should be held in the presence of all the accused. He also petitioned to collect signatures of some personnel from the Canadian police and the FBI involved in the investigation. BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia has been serving time in jail after receiving two prison sentences.
