A rash of violence hit Prince William County on Sunday with two men fatally shot and another man shot in a police-involved incident, officials said. Prince William County police said the incidents were under investigation. Police identified the two men who were slain as 28-year-old Christopher Jermaine Williams, of Woodbridge, and 18-year-old Israel Gamez, of Stafford.
