Nigel Farage, Trump’s British ally, enjoys lavish party with wealthy, establishment elites

Instead, Farage has campaigned overseas on behalf of Trump, who styled his surprise electoral victory as another “Brexit.” This week, the president-elect broke protocol and suggested Farage be appointed Britain's ambassador to Washington. While that's not on the cards, other reports this week suggested that Farage — who built his career marshaling anti-immigrant sentiment — was considering immigration to the United States. Farage is reported to have dismissed this claim as “utter nonsense.” Indeed, from all appearances, he seems rather settled.
