By Chris Oddo | @TheFanChild | Friday February 3, 2023Australia’s Nick Kyrgios pleaded guilty to common assault charges during a hearing in Canberra on Friday, but saw the charges dismissed by the court shortly thereafter. He had previously argued that his case should be dropped, citing his own mental health issues, but according to the New York Times he and his legal team withdrew that bid. Kyrgios, the World No.20, who recently had surgery on his left knee, said the following on Instagram.
