Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu took the Azimio la Umoja message to Mombasa where she called on Kambas living there to join the bandwagon. She said the Azimio la Umoja message must be taken to every community to ensure the country remains united and move forward in terms of development. Azimio la Umoja Movement is ODM leader Raila Odinga’s pathway that he believes will take him to State House. “It means that the young people who we should employ and hire to produce, end up being jobless and we instead send these jobs to outside Kenya,” Ngilu said. Ngilu said the Kamba community must be in the government in 2022 and the Azimio la Umoja leadership will help Kenyans and not individuals in the movement.
